This website, luckiesthomes.com, is operated by Luckiest Homes (“Luckiest Homes”, “we”, “us”, “our”), carrying on the business of building construction, real estate and interior work in and around Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

2. What this policy covers

This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit this website or contact us about a project, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. It is written to meet our obligations under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it.

Information you give us

This website has no contact form, no account sign-up and no payment page. You reach us by tapping a WhatsApp, phone or email link, so you choose what to tell us. That will usually include:

• Your name and the phone number or email address you contact us from
• The location of your plot or property, and what you want built
• Your budget, timeline and any drawings, documents or photographs you send us

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, as almost every website does. These record your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. They are used to keep the site running and secure, not to build a profile of you.

What we do not do

• We do not place advertising or tracking cookies on this website
• We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or any similar tracking tool
• We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone

4. Third-party services this site uses

Some parts of the page are loaded from other companies’ servers. When your browser fetches them, that company necessarily sees your IP address and basic device information. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Google Fonts — the typefaces used across the site
• jsDelivr and unpkg — the 3D and mapping code libraries
• OpenStreetMap — the map tiles on our projects map
• Unsplash — some stock photographs still used as placeholders
• WhatsApp (Meta) — only if you tap a WhatsApp link to message us
• MilesWeb — serves this website and keeps the server logs described above

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss what you want to build
• To prepare estimates, drawings, quotations and agreements
• To carry out construction, interior or real estate work you engage us for
• To keep you updated on the progress of your project
• To keep records we are required by law to keep, including tax records

We rely on your consent, given when you contact us, and on the legitimate uses permitted under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

6. Photographs taken at project sites

We photograph and film our work as it progresses, and we publish some of these images on this website and on our social media to show the quality of what we build. These photographs may include your property, and may include people present at the site, for example during a bhoomi puja or a door-fixing ceremony.

We will ask for your permission before publishing images in which you, your family or the interior of your home is clearly identifiable. If an image of you is already published and you want it taken down, write to us at sarwan89@gmail.com and we will remove it, ordinarily within 7 working days.

7. Who we share your information with

We share your information only where it is needed to do the work, and only as far as is needed:

• Architects, engineers, surveyors and licensed contractors working on your project
• Suppliers, for delivery of materials to your site
• Our accountant and auditors, for tax and statutory filings
• Government authorities, where we are required by law to provide it

8. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for 2 years and then deleted. Records relating to a project we carried out are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep them, including under tax legislation and any applicable defect-liability or warranty period, and are then deleted or anonymised.

9. How we protect it

This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to enquiry records is limited to the partners of the firm and staff who need it to do their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.

10. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you and how we have used it
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong, incomplete or out of date
• Ask us to delete your information, where we are not required by law to keep it
• Withdraw a consent you previously gave us, at any time
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become incapacitated
• Raise a grievance with us, and escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied

Our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information about a child. If you believe a child has given us personal information, tell us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top always shows when it was last changed. Please look at it again from time to time.

14. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to it is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
